Upgrade the WPO365 | LOGIN plugin to version 45.2 or later, where this vulnerability is fixed by correcting the anti-replay logic to properly persist processed SAML message IDs and prevent replay attacks.
Description
CVE-2026-122220 is an authentication bypass vulnerability in the WPO365 | LOGIN WordPress plugin before version 45.2. The flaw is due to a logic error in the anti-replay mechanism for SAML responses, allowing attackers to replay a captured valid SAMLResponse to log in as any user, including administrators, without detection. This occurs because the plugin fails to persist processed SAML message IDs, disabling duplicate message detection.
