Until a fix is available, consider restricting network access to VRPN services to trusted peers only to reduce exposure.

Description

VRPN versions up to 07.36 have an out-of-bounds stack write vulnerability in the functions vrpn_Endpoint::handle_sender_message() and handle_type_message(). This flaw allows unauthenticated remote peers to write outside a stack buffer by sending a specially crafted message with an invalid array index, potentially crashing the process.
