Technical Analysis

CVE-2026-15128 is a high-severity vulnerability in Google Chrome's Forms implementation that permits remote attackers to perform unauthorized script or HTML injection (UXSS) through crafted HTML pages. This affects all Chrome versions prior to 150.0.7871.115. The vulnerability was publicly disclosed and patched by Google, with the vendor advisory confirming the availability of an update to remediate the issue.

Potential Impact

Successful exploitation allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary scripts or HTML into the browser context, potentially leading to unauthorized actions or data exposure within the affected user's browser session. This undermines the security model of the browser by enabling cross-site scripting attacks.
