Description
CVE-2026-23074 is a use-after-free vulnerability in the Linux kernel's teql queueing discipline (qdisc). The flaw arises because teql is designed to be used only as a root qdisc, but this constraint was not enforced, allowing a local attacker with low privileges to exploit a design issue. The vulnerability can lead to memory corruption, potentially causing system crashes or privilege escalation. The issue has been fixed in specific Linux kernel commits.
