AI-suggested

Upgrade CoreDNS to version 1.14.3 or later, where this vulnerability is fixed. No other mitigations are indicated by the vendor advisory.

Description

CoreDNS versions prior to 1.14.3 contain a vulnerability in the DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) GET path where oversized dns= query parameters are processed without size validation. This leads to excessive CPU and memory usage, causing a denial of service. The issue is fixed in version 1.14.3.
