AI-suggested
A fix is available and was introduced in commit 928c68a. Users should upgrade Kanboard to a version that includes this fix (versions after 1.2.52). Until upgraded, users should be aware that authenticated sessions can be invalidated by other authenticated users due to this vulnerability.
Description
CVE-2026-56774 is an authorization bypass vulnerability in Kanboard versions up to 1.2.52. It allows authenticated users to delete other users' persistent 'Remember Me' sessions by exploiting improper validation of session IDs. Attackers can enumerate session IDs to mass-invalidate sessions, including those of administrators, causing denial of service by forcing re-authentication.
