What to do

AI-suggested

A fix has been implemented in the Linux kernel source code to correct the function definition and prevent the NULL pointer dereference. Users should apply the official kernel updates or patches that include this fix.

Description

A null pointer dereference vulnerability in the Linux kernel's pcm512x codec driver was fixed. The issue occurred because pcm512x_overclock_xxx_put() was incorrectly defined as a general mixer kcontrol instead of a DAPM kcontrol, leading to improper access of snd_soc_dapm_context and causing a NULL pointer dereference.
