Description

GitPython version 3.1.50 contains an OS command injection vulnerability due to improper handling of joined short-option forms like -u<value> in its clone_from method. This allows an attacker to bypass the unsafe-option gate and execute arbitrary commands during a Git clone operation. The issue is fixed in version 3.1.51.
