AI-suggested
A patch is available and should be applied to affected Linux kernel versions. The vendor advisory confirms that this vulnerability has been resolved in updated kernel releases. Users should update to the fixed kernel versions to mitigate this issue.
Description
A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's sparx5 network driver was fixed where the blocking notifier was not unregistered properly on initialization failure. This could lead to inconsistent notifier states. The issue has been addressed by adding proper error handling to unregister the blocking notifier if workqueue allocation fails.
