What to do

AI-suggested

Until a fix is available, restrict network access to port 8283 to trusted hosts only and monitor for unauthorized access attempts. Implement network-level controls or firewall rules to limit exposure of the vulnerable service.

Description

The Netty configuration distribution service on port 8283 in super-diamond-server versions up to 1.3.3 does not implement any authentication. This allows unauthenticated attackers to retrieve full project configurations, exposing sensitive information such as database passwords and API keys. The vulnerability is rated critical with a CVSS score of 9.8.
