Description
A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's qla2xxx SCSI driver caused over-consumption of the response queue in the __qla_consume_iocb() function. This flaw led to the silent dropping of legitimate firmware responses and improper marking of IOCB entries. The issue has been fixed by correctly marking the head IOCB as processed and adjusting the consumption loop to avoid consuming one entry too many.
