Until a fix is available, avoid building untrusted Go source files that may contain malicious "#cgo pkg-config:" directives or restrict usage to trusted sources only.
Description
A vulnerability in Golang 1.10 and certain related versions allows an attacker to cause a write to an attacker-controlled file with partial control over its content. This occurs via the "#cgo pkg-config:" directive in Go source files, which can be manipulated to pass a "--log-file" argument to the pkg-config command, resulting in writes to arbitrary locations.
