Upgrade ImageMagick to version 7.1.2-31 or later, or 6.9.13-56 or later, where the vulnerability is fixed. No other mitigations are indicated.
Description
ImageMagick versions prior to 7.1.2-31 and 6.9.13-56 contain a vulnerability in the MVG decoder where a missing limit check can cause an excessively long-running operation when processing a crafted MVG image. This can lead to a denial of service condition due to resource exhaustion. The issue has been fixed in versions 7.1.2-31 and 6.9.13-56.
