Upgrade ImageMagick to version 7.1.2-32 or later, where this vulnerability is fixed. No other mitigation or temporary workaround is indicated.
Description
ImageMagick versions prior to 7.1.2-32 contain a vulnerability where an unauthenticated adjacent-network client can repeatedly connect to the distributed pixel cache server, exhausting its available connections and causing a denial of service. This issue has been fixed in version 7.1.2-32.
