Description

.NET 8.0 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux contains a security vulnerability in the Google Brotli Decoder component that allows an out-of-bounds write (CVE-2026-111497). This update also addresses an elevation of privilege vulnerability in ASP.NET Core affecting multiple .NET versions. The issues are fixed in .NET SDK version 8.0.133 and Runtime version 8.0.33. Users should update to these versions to mitigate the vulnerabilities.
