AI-suggested

If you cannot patch yet, avoid untrusted local subvolume creation or access that could trigger this condition.

Description

A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's Btrfs filesystem (up to version 6.7.1) can cause an assertion failure and crash. This occurs in the btrfs_get_root_ref function when a subvolume is read prematurely after its root item is inserted during subvolume creation.
