Upgrade to INFINITT ULite version 5.0.2.1 BN50 or later, where this vulnerability is fixed. No other mitigation or temporary workaround is indicated in the provided data.
Description
INFINITT ULite versions 5.0.2.1_BN48_20260528 and earlier use low-entropy passwords to protect image-share links and do not limit repeated password attempts. This allows unauthenticated remote attackers to brute-force these passwords during the link's validity period, gaining unauthorized access to shared medical images. The issue is fixed in version 5.0.2.1 BN50.
