AI-suggested

A fix is available and has been applied in the Linux kernel source via the referenced commit. Users should update to a patched version of the linux-azure kernel that includes this fix. The affected versions are explicitly listed and should be upgraded to a version where this commit is included.

Description

A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's drm/amd/display component was resolved by adding a check for the dce_hwseq pointer before dereferencing it. The issue was that dce_hwseq (hws) could be null, as indicated by earlier checks in the dce110_blank_stream function, but was not always checked before use. This flaw was fixed by cherry-picking a commit that ensures the pointer is verified before dereference.
