Description
The npm package ade-moci61-breki contains malicious code linked to a large-scale spam campaign associated with the tea.xyz token reward system. This campaign involves over 15,000 spam packages that use autopublish scripts to generate and publish derivative packages with randomized names. The malicious payload alters package.json files by removing private flags, changing version numbers, and generating random Indonesian-themed package names, leading to continuous republishing of variants that pollute the npm registry.
