Description
The npm package bayu-klentik88-breki contains malicious code linked to the tea.xyz token reward campaign that flooded npm with over 15,000 spam packages in 2024. The package includes scripts that automatically generate and publish derivative packages with randomized Indonesian-themed names. This behavior inflates developer reputation scores for the tea protocol token rewards by continuously republishing variants and modifying package metadata to remove private flags and alter version numbers.
