Description
The npm package bella-nasicampur67-breki contains malicious code linked to the tea.xyz token reward campaign that flooded npm with over 15,000 spam packages in 2024. These packages include autopublish scripts that automatically generate and publish derivative packages with randomized Indonesian-themed names to manipulate developer reputation scores for token rewards. The malicious payload modifies package.json files to remove private flags, alters version numbers, and continuously republishes variants, thereby polluting the npm registry.
