Description
The npm package 'bigops-products-savings-accounts' version 35.3.7 contains malicious code that downloads and executes an opaque binary from attacker-controlled Cloudflare Workers domains. The code uses evasion techniques such as reconstructing command-and-control hostnames to avoid detection and writes the binary to temporary directories before executing it detached from the main process. The binary is unsigned and unpinned, indicating a high risk of unauthorized code execution under the guise of legitimate analytics functionality.
