Description
The npm package ded-ps-events-ded-ps-events-core version 35.4.2 contains malicious code that automatically executes attacker-controlled native binaries upon installation. The package loads a setup script that dynamically constructs hostnames to evade static detection and downloads platform-specific binaries from Cloudflare Workers endpoints and fallback domains unrelated to the package's stated purpose. These binaries are saved to temporary directories under disguised names, given executable permissions, and executed without any integrity verification, enabling silent execution of malicious code on the installer's machine.
