Description
The npm package devplatform-nx-gle version 35.5.3 contains malicious code that side-loads a hidden module to download and execute a native executable from Cloudflare Workers hosts. The malicious payload is dropped with decoy filenames in temporary directories and executed detached from the main process. DNS TXT records from specific domains serve as fallback communication channels. The package advertises a benign API but includes unrelated dropper functionality concealed by runtime string assembly and silent error suppression.
