Host strings are assembled via array.join() to evade static analysis, and cover-story naming ('.analytics_state', 'dotnet_diag_', 'telemetry' comments) is layered over the dropper. The declared purpose of the package (a BNPL payment popup) does not require importing or executing a fetched native binary.
