Description

The npm package fajar-jamblang51-sukiwir contains malicious code linked to the tea.xyz token reward campaign that flooded npm with over 15,000 spam packages in 2024. The package includes autopublish scripts that automatically generate and publish derivative packages with randomized Indonesian-themed names to inflate developer reputation scores for token rewards. The malicious payload modifies package.json files by removing private flags, changing version numbers, and continuously republishing variants, thereby polluting the npm registry.
