Description
The npm package sme-rko-finance-front-operations-other version 35.8.1 contains malicious code that downloads and executes OS/architecture-specific binaries from rotating Cloudflare Workers hostnames and fallback domains. These binaries are saved under disguised filenames in temporary directories with executable permissions and spawned detached from the main process. The package uses obfuscation techniques to evade static analysis, including runtime assembly of hostnames and API names. The downloaded content is opaque and unrelated to the package's documented functionality.
