Description
The npm package streak-math-calc version 1.0.0 contains malicious code that executes a bundled ELF binary upon import. This binary acts as a remote-access implant, connecting to a command-and-control server to download and execute additional payloads, harvest sensitive credentials including SSH keys and database configurations, and exfiltrate data. It also establishes persistence by creating a systemd user service that restarts the implant on reboot. The package description does not disclose this malicious behavior.
