Description
The npm package 'vvvedernikov-test-another-test' version 20.2.6 contains malicious code that downloads and executes a payload from obfuscated Cloudflare Workers hosts. The payload is saved to temporary directories and executed with elevated permissions, effectively compromising the host system. The package uses runtime assembly and obfuscation techniques to evade detection and installs persistent markers to avoid repeated infection. Any system with this package installed should be considered fully compromised, and all secrets and keys on that system should be rotated immediately. Removal of the package does not guarantee full remediation due to potential additional malware installed.
