Until a fix is applied, avoid processing untrusted color-mapped Targa files with the vulnerable netpbm versions.

Description

Netpbm versions before 10.86.51, 11.x before 11.02.30, and 11.03 before 11.15.08 have an out-of-bounds read vulnerability in the tgatoppm converter. This flaw occurs when the get_pixel() function uses unchecked pixel values as color map indexes, allowing crafted Targa files with pixel values exceeding color map bounds to cause a crash or leak adjacent memory.
