Description
Multiple security vulnerabilities have been identified and addressed in Mozilla Thunderbird, including use-after-free, privilege escalation, sandbox escape, information disclosure, mitigation bypass, and out-of-bounds read issues across various components such as SVG, Networking, Graphics, DOM, WebExtensions, and IMAP parser. These vulnerabilities could allow attackers to escalate privileges, escape sandbox restrictions, or cause memory safety violations. Red Hat has released security updates for Thunderbird in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.4 and related variants to address these issues.
