What to do

AI-suggested

Until a fix is available, restrict access to the plugin's endpoints and monitor for suspicious activity related to document_library operations.

Description

The Document Embedder plugin for WordPress, up to and including version 2.0.0, contains an authorization bypass vulnerability. This flaw allows unauthenticated attackers to create, read, update, and delete arbitrary document_library posts due to improper authorization checks in several plugin functions.
