Until a fix is available, administrators should consider disabling the Forminator Forms plugin or restricting access to draft submission endpoints to trusted users only to mitigate exploitation risk.
Description
The Forminator Forms plugin for WordPress versions up to and including 1.55.0.2 contains a vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to delete arbitrary non-PHP files within the wp-content/uploads/ directory. This occurs because the plugin accepts arbitrary upload field metadata from POST requests in draft submissions without proper validation, which can be exploited via the previous_draft_id parameter referencing a manipulated draft.
