A patch for this vulnerability is available in commit 254dfd2483ab8de39b47c2258b7f1cf0759231c8. Users should apply this fix to affected versions to remediate the issue. No other mitigation steps are indicated.

Description

Incus versions 6.12 and 6.13 have a vulnerability where using an ACL on a device connected to a bridge causes nftables rules to be generated that partially bypass security options for MAC and IP filtering. This flaw allows ARP spoofing on the bridge and enables an attacker to fully spoof another VM or container on the same bridge. A patch addressing this issue is included in commit 254dfd2483ab8de39b47c2258b7f1cf0759231c8.
