A missing authorization vulnerability in TryGhost Ghost allows users with the Author role to delete posts and pages they did not author. This issue affects Ghost versions from 5.81.0 up to but not including 6.60.0. The vulnerability has been fixed in version 6.60.0. The CVSS score is 6.5, indicating a medium severity impact primarily affecting availability. No known exploits are reported in the wild.
Joomla Extension - joomlafry.com - Unauthenticated forced execution of published automation tasks in TF Content 2.9.0 - 2.9.4 - The extension exposes the site task `records.custom_action` without authentication, ACL, CSRF, task-trigger, content-binding, or cron-token enforcement. A Guest can supply the numeric ID of any published TF Content task and make the component dispatch its configured executor immediately.
A missing authorization vulnerability exists in the Joomla extension TF Content versions 2.9.0 through 2.9.4. The extension's public RecordController allows unauthenticated users to create and edit records without proper permission checks. Attackers can use a valid token from Joomla's public login form to modify any TF Content record, including sensitive fields such as published status, access level, and creator ID.
Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, ProjectJoinEndpoint at GET /api/workspaces/{slug}/projects/{project_id}/join/{pk}/ uses permission_classes = [AllowAny] and returns the full ProjectMemberInvite record, including its email, token, and role, to unauthenticated callers. The corresponding POST endpoint checks only whether the submitted email matches project_invite.email and does not validate the invitation token. An attacker who knows the invitation UUID can discover the invited email, register an account with that email, and accept the invitation without receiving the original invite. This issue is fixed in 1.4.0.
Plane, an open-source project management tool, has a high-severity cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability (CVE-2026-104979) affecting versions prior to 1.4.0. The vulnerability allows any authenticated user to inject arbitrary HTML into projects with a published DeployBoard and intake enabled. When a project member or viewer clicks the malicious link, JavaScript executes in their session, potentially exfiltrating a long-lived API token. This issue is fixed in Plane version 1.4.0.
Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, DuplicateAssetEndpoint fetches a source FileAsset without limiting it to the caller's workspace, allowing cross-workspace asset duplication. WorkspaceFileAssetEndpoint and the legacy FileAssetEndpoint omit workspace authorization, allowing authenticated users to read, create, modify, or delete assets in workspaces where they are not members. Separately, WorkspaceViewViewSet.retrieve lacks the authorization decorator used by its sibling actions, exposing an unauthorized workspace-view read surface. This issue is fixed in 1.4.0.
Plane, an open-source project management tool, has a missing authorization vulnerability prior to version 1.4.0. An authenticated user who knows a workspace slug can access workspace member information and project member data via a specific API endpoint, even if they are not a member of that workspace. This issue is due to the lack of workspace-membership checks in the API's permission implementation. The vulnerability is fixed in version 1.4.0.
Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, GET /api/v1/workspaces/{slug}/projects/{project_id}/members/ returns the complete project-member roster, including each member's email address, first and last name, display name, avatar, and role. ProjectMemberPermission gates the endpoint, but its SAFE_METHODS branch checks only whether the caller is an active ProjectMember of any project in the workspace and does not bind the check to view.project_id. The view then filters solely by the project_id supplied in the URL. Consequently, any authenticated user who belongs to one project in a workspace, including a Guest, can read the roster of another private project in the same workspace. This issue is fixed in 1.4.0.
Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, Plane exposes the workspace-scoped GET /api/assets/v2/workspaces/{workspace_slug}/download/{asset_id}/ endpoint for project-bound FileAsset objects without enforcing access to the asset's owning project. An authenticated user who belongs to the same workspace, is not a member of the victim's secret project, and knows the target asset UUID can receive a 302 redirect to a signed download URL. The intended project-scoped route for the same asset correctly returns 403. Confirmed affected project-bound asset types are ISSUE_ATTACHMENT, COMMENT_DESCRIPTION, PAGE_DESCRIPTION, and PROJECT_COVER. This bypass exposes private file content protected by the secret project boundary. This issue is fixed in 1.4.0.
CVE-2026-20535 is a missing authorization vulnerability in MediaTek chipsets affecting multiple models. The flaw exists in the aidl component where a permission check is missing, potentially allowing a local attacker with existing System privileges to escalate their privileges further without user interaction. The vulnerability has a medium severity rating with a CVSS score of 6.7. No public exploits are known, and no patch links are provided in the available data.
The WPCafe – Restaurant Menu, Online Food Ordering & Table Booking System plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 3.0.19. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to read, create, update, clone, and delete email notification flows, including overwriting the default reservation confirmation, cancellation, and admin alert emails with attacker-controlled content sent from the site's legitimate address, or destroying reservation notification flows entirely. The vulnerable endpoints are active by default on every WPCafe installation without any configuration requirement, as the Email_Automation_Service_Provider::is_enable() method unconditionally returns true and the plugin ships with five pre-configured default email flows upon activation.
The Nelio Content – Editorial Calendar & Social Media Auto-Posting plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 4.5.0 This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to permanently delete any reusable social message (nc_reusable_social post), including those authored by administrators or other privileged users.
The Mailchimp for WooCommerce WordPress plugin before 6.3 does not require authentication, a nonce or an ownership check before it acts on a customer's abandoned-cart record identified from request-supplied data, allowing an unauthenticated attacker to modify or delete another customer's stored cart.
The Photo Reviews for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary Content Deletion in versions up to, and including, 1.2.30. This is due to the plugin storing attacker-controlled post IDs from the wcpr_image_upload_id parameter of a public review submission into the review's reviews-images comment meta without verifying that the IDs correspond to attachments owned by the submitter, combined with the delete_reviews_image() handler unconditionally calling wp_delete_post( $id, true ) on every stored ID when the review is deleted. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to permanently delete arbitrary posts, pages, products, or media attachments on the site whenever an administrator subsequently deletes the attacker's review (or when WordPress's built-in wp_scheduled_delete cron empties the comment trash after 30 days).
The Simple Membership plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized modification of data and sensitive information disclosure in versions up to, and including, 4.8.3 via the resend-activation and email-activation endpoints. The endpoints are dispatched from SwpmInitTimeTasks::check_and_do_email_activation() on frontend init with no authentication, nonce, capability, or ownership check, and the recipient address used by SwpmRegistration::send_reg_email() is taken from an attacker-controlled $_POST['email'] parameter (overriding the member's registered address). This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to redirect an arbitrary pending member's activation email — and the follow-up 'registration complete' email containing the member's username and plaintext password — to an attacker-chosen address, and to then activate that member's account without their consent.
The Alt Text AI – Automatically generate image alt text for SEO and accessibility plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 1.10.41. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to overwrite the post_content of any post or page on the site — including content they do not own — with LLM-generated text influenced by attacker-controlled keywords, enabling black-hat SEO manipulation and unauthorized consumption of the site owner's paid AltText.ai API credits. The nonce required to invoke the action is emitted on every admin page including /wp-admin/profile.php, which is accessible to Subscribers, making the nonce trivially obtainable by any authenticated user.
The Ultimate Member – User Profile, Registration, Login, Member Directory, Content Restriction & Membership Plugin plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 2.13.1 This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to view privacy-restricted member profile field values — including fields explicitly configured as owner-only, members-only, or role-restricted — by querying the publicly accessible wp_ajax_nopriv_um_get_members endpoint. The nonce required by the endpoint ('um-frontend-nonce') is emitted to all unauthenticated visitors via wp_localize_script, meaning it provides no meaningful access control and any anonymous visitor can satisfy the endpoint's authentication requirements.
CVE-2026-96613 is an authorization vulnerability in the Meari IoT Cloud Platform OpenAPI Service. Authenticated users can access the full device shadow of any device by specifying its device ID without proper authorization checks. This flaw exposes sensitive data including device credentials, owner information, network details, and telemetry data. The vulnerability has a high severity rating with a CVSS score of 7.1. No affected versions or patch information are currently provided.
CVE-2026-101104 is an authorization vulnerability in the Meari IoT Cloud Platform OpenAPI Service. Authenticated users can manipulate device configurations for devices they do not own due to missing authorization checks. This flaw allows unauthorized changes to device settings or triggering unintended device behaviors without verifying user permissions. The vulnerability has a CVSS 4.0 score of 6.3, indicating medium severity. No affected versions or patch information are provided. There are no known exploits in the wild at this time.
CVE-2026-32585 is a Missing Authorization vulnerability in airano Airano MCP Bridge affecting versions up to 2.11.0. It allows exploitation due to incorrectly configured access control security levels, potentially leading to unauthorized modification of data or system state. The vulnerability has a CVSS score of 6.5, indicating a medium severity level.
