CVE-2025-41085 is a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability in Apidog Web Platform version 2.7.15. The flaw arises because SVG image uploads to the '/api/v1/user-avatar' endpoint are not properly sanitized, allowing attackers to embed malicious scripts within SVG files. These scripts are stored on the server and executed in the context of any user who accesses the compromised resource, potentially leading to session hijacking, credential theft, or unauthorized actions. The vulnerability requires an authenticated user to upload a malicious SVG and some user interaction to trigger the payload. The CVSS 4.0 score is 5.1, indicating medium severity.
