CVE-2026-71979: Stack-based Buffer Overflow in indilib indiCVE-2026-71979 0 INDI indiserver versions up to 2.2.4.2 contain a stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability. This flaw allows unauthenticated remote attackers to crash the daemon by sending a single malformed XML packet with mismatched tags exceeding 1024 bytes. The vulnerability arises from an unbounded sprintf() write into a fixed-size stack buffer, causing termination of the daemon and disruption of active client and driver sessions.
