CVE-2026-69098: Deserialization of Untrusted Data in Cinnamon kotaemonCVE-2026-69098 0 kotaemon versions up to and including 0.12.0 contain an insecure deserialization vulnerability in the check_connection endpoint. This flaw allows unauthenticated attackers to supply crafted YAML/JSON input with a __type__ field to instantiate arbitrary Python classes. By overriding the __type__ field with subprocess.check_output and arbitrary arguments, attackers can achieve remote code execution with the privileges of the application process.
