The vulnerability exists in the Notes_controller::search_scratch_data function within application/PHP/objects/notes/search_scratch_data.php. It allows remote attackers to manipulate the field_name argument to perform SQL injection. The product uses a rolling release model, so no specific affected or fixed versions are identified. The issue was reported early but no vendor response or patch is available yet. Public exploit code exists but no known exploitation in the wild has been reported.
