CVE-2026-65200 is an integer underflow vulnerability in Huawei openBMC's device-management process. The vulnerability arises when the process parses PLDM-over-MCTP and NCSI-over-MCTP responses and subtracts a fixed header or reserved-field size from a device-supplied response length without checking for lower bounds. This can cause an unsigned integer wraparound, leading the parser to read beyond the intended buffer. The flaw affects the base PLDM control class and Huawei's NCSI driver, making it reachable by any PLDM endpoint or Huawei NIC on the internal management bus. The vulnerability has a low severity score and no known exploits in the wild. Join the discussion | CVE Database V5 | 10/13/2026, 14:19:51 UTC Added: 10/13/2026, 14:34:06 UTC |
CVE-2026-65199 is a medium severity vulnerability in Huawei openBMC where SNMP pseudo-identities are incorrectly assigned full administrative privileges. This allows an authenticated low-privilege SNMP user to perform backend operations with administrative rights due to improper privilege mapping in the software.
