CVE-2025-13174 is a medium severity Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability affecting rachelos WeRSS we-mp-rss versions up to 1.4.7. The flaw exists in the do_job function of the Webhook Module, where manipulation of the web_hook_url argument allows an attacker to induce the server to make unauthorized requests. This vulnerability can be exploited remotely without authentication or user interaction. While no known exploits are currently observed in the wild, public exploit code is available. The CVSS 4.0 score is 5.3, reflecting moderate impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability with low attack complexity.
