CVE-2026-61306 is a high-severity vulnerability in Oracle Complex Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul component of Oracle E-Business Suite versions 12.2.3 through 12.2.15. It allows a low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to potentially gain unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all data accessible by the product. The vulnerability also allows the attacker to cause a partial denial of service. The vulnerability is difficult to exploit and has a CVSS 3.1 base score of 7.1, indicating high impact on confidentiality and low impact on availability. Oracle has included this vulnerability in its August 2026 Critical Security Patch Update, which contains numerous security fixes across many products.
