It allows a high privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle HRMS (US), potentially leading to full takeover. While the flaw is specific to Oracle HRMS (US), exploitation may affect additional Oracle products. Oracle has released a Critical Security Patch Update in August 2026 addressing this and many other vulnerabilities.
