A resource allocation vulnerability exists in Apache James Mime4J Core versions prior to 0.8.15. This flaw allows denial of service when parsing MIME messages due to lack of limits or throttling on resource usage. The issue is fixed in version 0.8.15 by enforcing new limits and better defaults.
