0 A vulnerability in the legacy client-initiated account-linking endpoint of Keycloak allows a malicious OpenID Connect (OIDC) client to predict the hash protecting the account-linking process. This flaw enables an attacker to forge a valid linking URL after tricking a user into authenticating, resulting in full account takeover by linking the victim's account to the attacker's external identity. The issue affects Keycloak versions prior to 26.7.2. Official patches are available from Red Hat for the affected versions.
