This leads to the Kibana process being terminated by the host due to exhaustion of available memory, resulting in denial of service until the service is restarted. The issue affects Kibana versions 8.0.0 up to but not including 8.19.20, and 9.0.0 up to but not including 9.4.5. A patch is available to address this vulnerability.
