A memory race condition exists in the Python ssl module's SSLContext methods cert_store_stats() and get_ca_certs(). This race can occur when these methods are called concurrently with certificate loading during TLS handshakes. The issue is fixed in CPython versions 3.8.20, 3.9.20, 3.10.14, 3.11.9, and 3.12.3.
