A mismatch in dispatch-wrapper depth parsing allows nested transparent dispatch wrappers to bypass shell-wrapper approval gating, enabling execution without the expected approval prompt. This issue is rated high severity with a CVSS score of 8.8. The vulnerability is patched in version 2026.2.24.
