0 Renovate versions from 35.63.0 up to but not including 40.33.0 contain a command injection vulnerability in the npm manager. This vulnerability allows attackers with repository write access to craft malicious Renovate configuration files that execute arbitrary commands on the host running Renovate. The root cause is improper sanitization of user-supplied packageName values appended to npm install commands.
