This vulnerability is located in the ifaces. c component of iptraf-ng. Red Hat has issued a security advisory (RHSA-2025:7064) rating the impact as moderate and has released updated packages to address the issue. The vulnerability affects multiple architectures and versions of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9. No known exploits are reported in the wild at this time.
